Exactly 365 days ago I completed the process of creating a sourdough starter from scratch and I just couldn't keep it to myself. It's been a wonderful learning process. I've struggled with dedlines and photoshop. I've dropped my camera in cake batter and it lived to tell the tale. Mostly, I've had a wonderful time getting my unique perspective out into the world.
As a throwback to my roots, I've revived my sourdough for a little reunion of sorts. The loaves are proofing as I write this, so you'll get the whole story soon.
Meanwhile, item one on the agenda is the new layout. Do you like it? I thought it was high time for a change. Blue wasn't the ideal background for my photos. So there you go.
